Since update, we cannot perform backup of the administration server data anymore. This task cannot even be recreated with new task assistant, it isn't listed in administration server of ksc11 tasks. Error occure : "The folder path is incorrect. A 1950/0x3b88 error occurred because the SQL Server does not have write permission in ...:\folderpath..." Folderpath is localy on the KSC server and before upgrade this task worked fine without error. If we try to backup with : C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\klbackup.exe Another error : "Your SQL Server instance is remote. Use the UNC path for backup and restore." Also tested the solution of use "\\folderpath\..." instead of "C:\folderpath..." insted of "C:\..." but didn't work anyway. Here is the GSI (https://www.getsysteminfo.com/report/605f7988bd4f713a1f050b18fd00c5da)

Hi, Unfortunately, the provided GSI doesn't contain information that we need. Could you please provide full GSI archive with Event logs. If the error appears with NTFS path, please set UNC path to this folder. If in both cases the error is returned, you should set permission on this folder correctly this command can be executed. After this command processes without an error, you should launch KSC Backup Task using whether NTFS path or UNC Path (i.e. those path by which this command runs without errors) Thank you!

Did you mean the zip file? I've alredy checked the "Include Windowws Events Logs" running GSI... That happens in both case, also triyng settings full control to everyone to the specific folder. Setting UNC path from the Bakup utility seems to be ok, but the jobs didn't complete anyway due to a server database permission problem on the specific folder
