update to the repository error

Hello I have problem with update to the repository that says "timeout expired" we use master/slave senario when i change source of update to the kaspersky update source (Internet)again the error appeared ksc version is 11.0.0.1131 Thanks

Hi, Please describe the problem with more details. Is this error occurs at master or slave server? Are there any errors at master server? Please provide us with GSI log from the affected server + with Admin server update task traces(https://support.kaspersky.com/15025#block3) Thank you!
