Hi,

How to rectify the Update shows Last Update FAILED but it seems that the data is downloaded and shows Finished. See screenshots attached.

The version is 11.9.0.351

To support you we need to have a deeper look into this.
Therefor please open a case with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com
 
Please also add the following infos into the case when creating it:
  1. attach a system diagnostic file from the machine where you see this error:
    https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
