Can't update my data base ... it comes the error message 2147942423

.. has been 2 days that it is coming like that and the data base is not updating... stops when trying to connect with Kaspersky Servers for update...
My license is original, I paid and it is

still having 100+ days to expire...

Sorry mate, did not work neither of the options… 

How can I contact someone from Kaspersky? I thought that PAYING for a service, would give me the access to someone who would fix issues like that.. instead of ME trying to find the solution… or answers for my problems… that is why I paid for the thing… 

I don’t understand man ...

To update the database follow the instruction: In the desktop task bar notification area do right click on the application icon and then select update from shortcut menu. And next is in the main window, click database update and run update.

Kaspersky update issues are often due to the Windows date and time settings. Kaspersky Anti-Virus might not update even if you're system clock is slightly off the actual time by a few hours. As such, check your Windows 10 time and date settings as follows. Press the Cortana button on the taskbar to open its search bar.
