Update database release Security Center

Good morning
Last year I installed Kasperky Security Center antivirus for 10 clients through the Kaspersky Security Center 13 console, since then the database has not been updated
I have installed only 5 clients
Please can you help me to automatically keep the antivirus database or footprint updated

What is the installation procedure

Good day

Most likely you forgot to create the update task for KSWS 11.0.1, usually when you add the package the system creates it automatically ... if you just added the package for servers, close the management console and open it again, the system should automatically run the wizard and create a policy for KSWS and two tasks (updates and virus scans)

if not, create them manually

Uninstall the console and all installations on each computer (5)
Today 02-06-2023 I installed the Kasperky Security 11.0.1 antivirus. for windows server on a server and it tells me that the database is out of date since 04-02-2021, I don't understand why that date appears if today 02-06-2023 I am installing it
Please, how do I update the server database after I have completed the installation?

The date of the bases in the package corresponds to when this package was built and placed for download. Therefore, it is dated 2021.

 

if you have reinstalled KSWS clients, check if they are connected to your KSC server.

Run the utilities on the problem server located at the following path (as administrator)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\klcsngtgui.exe

check if the connection to the server is correct and show the output of the connection test utility

Check the settings of the task that I described above and run the update for the servers ... show the result of the task.
