Update application registry ; active infections etc ..

Hi,

It seems like the administration console has outdated informations about what is installed on computers (app registry) , what threats are active (some pcs haven't been connected for a while or removed completely but the threats are still considered as active) , is there a way to force refresh these informations ?

Hello Hichem,
to be able to get information from the clients the Network Agent Policy needs to be configured to provide them.
If this is already set (which should be by default) then check if the clients have a valid connection to the server to sync properly. In addition run an Inventory Task.
