Hello Everybody, Upgrading KSC older version to KSC 11.0.0.1131 is behaving different in different scenario. If make a backup first by Kaspersky Back Utility, and restore that backup into new KSC, then seems policies from old KSC are not working well? After up-gradation, if going to make task to upgrade Network Agent to 11 version then also sometime showing device is inaccessible? Showing Network Agent 10 version on KSC console but if go inside in a client then its showing the Network agent is running and the version is 11? All old plug-in and policies from older KSC, are those valid on KSC 11? Or, it's better to make Tasks and Policies on KSC 11 by deleting those old Tasks and Polices? Because, Last time there showing agents are not updating from KSC. Though update repository cleaned and re-fill twice. Thanks in Advance Deadlock4400

Hi, In my personal opinion, it's better to make new Tasks and Policies on KSC 11 and delete the old Tasks and Polices. Regards

Hello Caos Thanks for the reply. All previous policies and task deleted and new task and policies are made. Then also update problem. One KSC server cannot download updates to its repository. Another KSC server download the update to its repository but clients are unable to take the update? Previously there were 2 KSC and was doing OK. After upgrading to KSC 11 those problems happened.
