hi; I am orhan. I have a problem. I can't access to  https://www.btkakademi.gov.tr/. Kaspersky shows unsecured connection for website . I am a student that website is government education website. will you please Can you add it Trustworthy web site. I can't access the site without closing Kaspersky

The website works fine for us, Kaspersky is not showing: unsecured connection for website 

• The screenprint (you've) posted doesn't show a Kaspersky alert for an unsecured connection for website. 

1. Please tell us: *which* computer OS version & build, Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back the information. 
2. Expand the View site information, what does it say? 
3. Go to Kaspersky Reports, Safe browsing, find *all* btkakademi.gov.tr events, post back the details - in English please? 
4. Are (you) logging in from home OR from an educational institution, if it's from an an educational institution, see the IT department about the issue. IF it's from home:

• -> Try another browser.
• -> Make sure the computer OS is a commercially released build, supported by Kaspersky, not Preview, Beta & OR Release candidate, READ Kaspersky for Windows, Hardware and software requirements. 
• -> Try the browser in Private OR Incognito mode.
• -> Update the anti-virus databases and check the website on Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal using these instructions.
• -> Restore Kaspersky to default & recheck? 
• -> IF the issue persists, contact Kaspersky Customer Service.
