Unplanned server reboot

The server for one of the companies we manage rebooted unexpectedly, and no tasks appear to have caused the issue. The following message was displayed on the server:

The process C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\KAV Remote
Installations\04326716-31cb-4cc7-8646-d11a49f8b053fe71e6e5-2585-44e2-8b56-4994a5699c01\klrbtagt.exe (DBSERVER01) has initiated a restart of the computer
DBSERVER01 by user NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM for this reason: Application: Installation (Planned)
Reason Code: 0x80040002
Termination Type: Restart
 

what could be causing this?

Hello Gabriel,

The reboot was maybe initiated by a KSC task named "manage devices" or in a remote installation task.
