Since Kaspersky is now banned in the US, I got a new antivirus but forgot to cancel auto renewal before uninstalling Kaspersky and installing the new antivirus. My subscription ends on October 31 and the renewal fee just showed up on my credit card as a pending transaction. I can't cancel the subscription through Kaspersky since I uninstalled the application. I tried through the website but am not seeing how. How do I cancel it?

  1. On the Kaspersky Customer Service page - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts, select Email, then fill in first template as shown - *please specify (your) Kaspersky software*; then underneath the first template - select: Did not find your answer?
