so i need to ask about when i desinstaled kaspersky, because i was having some problems, and when i instaled it back the code that i used before for kaspersky plus dont want to work and show this message.
and it says that i used another email or something so if there any solution
and also because i changed the region 
i purchase it in algeria but now im in austria

Welcome!

  • Was Kaspersky Plus 'deinstalled' from the computer OR from (your) MyKaspersky account? 
  1. IF the Kaspersky Plus subscription was *originally* activated it should not need to be reactivated. 
  2. When you log into the Kaspersky Plus application software installed on the computer, it's important to use the same email address that you used to purchase the Kaspersky Plus subscription. 
  3. IF the appleid.com email address is not yours, where was the Kaspersky Plus subscription purchased from - which merchant? 
  4. Only Kaspersky support can change the region, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select Email, then fill in the template as shown: 
  5. Read"Activation code is invalid for this region" error.
