You can try following the instructions at https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/12.11/en-US/50362.htm, but for what it's worth, I couldn't get it to work to actually uninstall the KES 12.11 client from the managed computers (we had an issue accessing specific web sites with 12.11 and I wanted to downgrade back to 12.10 which worked fine).
