Uninstall the plugin for KES 11 [MOVED]

I have KSC 11 and have problem with policy of KES 11 , the right section of policy is hidden & can’t mange the devices have that version .

i need uninstall the plugin & reinstall it again for solve the problem 

First i delete reg key of plugin from register but still appear in administration server list .

How can i uninstall it via command or tools ?
