Unauthorized charge by ULTRAAV after purchasing Kaspersky AV subscription

I live in Italy. Moved from the US THREE YEARS AGO.

I purchased new subscription for Kaspersky AV four day before expiration. However, four days after I purchased a new subscription to Kaspersky AV, I found on my credit card statement a new charge of $129.99 made by ULTRAANTIVIRUS.COM Boston USA.

I guess, active Kaspersky AV protected my computer from unauthorized installation of a new antivirus. I did not get any email or other information from ULTRAAV.

However, so far, my request to the credit card company to cancel this charge was unsuccessful.

I would love to know, is there anyone who had the same problem, and how to fight it.
