Unacceptable battery drain on Android

Kaspersky plus 21.25.7.504(a) on my Android is using over 70% of daily power drain

I have solved the problem by uninstalling

Does anyone have a better answer to this issue other than uninstall?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

I have KPremium for Android installed in Samsung A54, the version I have is:

I get updates via Galaxy Store, since Google stopped posting K. products updates in Play Store.

I don't have any specially battery drain in my phone due to K.. But it is true that I don't have my mobile data connection all the time enabled (nor Wi-Fi), nor Bluetooth (also K. Bluetooth scan disabled).

Also, I disabled scheduled updates (and constant real-time scan, K scan only performed for new apps installed). I do manually the updates when I enable mobile data connection or Wi-Fi. And run from time to time a manual full scan of the system.

Hope this helps You...

Thanks for reply harlan4096. I did see a suggestion on X that it is a common problem if you have WiFi enabled. My Android has WiFi on all the time so maybe this is the problem. Maybe Kaspersky for Android will not suit my use.
