Unable to update several applications.

Get error connect to internet, but am connected already. Started after updating Kaspersky.

Read other threads, everything was for older windows versions.

I have Windows 11 and need to know how to resolve this issue. Please help.

Try restoring Kaspersky settings to factory default and see if the problem is resolved

• Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
• Click on the gear symbol (configuration) in the lower left-hand side of the window
• Click → Manage settings
• Click → Restore
• Click → Next
• Confirm the operation (if necessary, enter the Kaspersky unlock password)

Sorry, no change. Now that I reset to default, I don't know what I changed either.

run below commands via Windows PowerShell or CMD, using administrator privilege.

netsh winsock reset 
netsh int ip reset all 
netsh winhttp reset proxy 
ipconfig /flushdns

after that please reboot your system. not shutdown and start up.

Try restoring your Windows network settings

 

There are two ways to restore Windows network settings (graphical or terminal mode).

 

Choose the way you find most convenient.

 

GRAPHIC MODE

 

Spoiler

• Click "Start".
• Enter "Settings" and open.
• Click "Network and Internet".
• Select "Advanced Network Settings".
• In the window click on "Network reset".
• Click "Restore now".
• Confirm the reset.

 

TERMINAL MODE

• Press Windows + R.
• Type cmd and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open as administrator.
• In CMD, type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
• Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
• Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
• Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
• Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
• Restart the computer.
