Hi to all.

I am here again with another question.

In the past days we have deployed Kaspersky security center in our organisation.

For some reason the network agent and Endpoint were installed in some of our servers, and now we need to uninstall them.

The problem is that that the network agent is asking for a password, but it does not accept the password that was set in the initial configuration.

I even tried to create a policy specific for this servers with no password set but its not working.

Any help will be appreciated.

you can also change agent server address just to make sure the connection with the security center and reapply those policy

use this command in kaspersky  agent folder

klmomver.exe -address XX.XX.XX.XX

the X are the server IP

Sorry, No go. the removal tool: kavremover: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464

does not have the ability to remove the network agent. It can remove Endpoint but you still have to provide the uninstall username and password. ( make this tool useless)

The connection with server is good, i can even restart the server from KSC.

Hi,

Could you please provide us with klnagchk utility log from one of affected servers?

Thank you!

Find in another thread a similar problem, with the suggestion to use the WEB console to apply the policy.

Then I find out that We don't have the Web Console installed. so I downloaded it from: https://www.kaspersky.com/small-to-medium-business-security/downloads/security-center

After install and configure the web console The network agent and endpoint accepted the uninstall passwords.  BUG?

Thanks to all.

Hello,

please try this first and if not possible open a technical Support ticket.

Cleaner tool for removing information about installation of Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent or Administration Server

Be aware to make a full backup of your system before testing any utilities on it !

Thank you in advance

Best Regards
