hello 

i have kpm included with kaspersky premium but I can't sincronize archives ("unable to synchronize"). i tried to disconnect account and reconnect but it won't work

I'm having the same problem.  When I contacted Kaspersky they went through various procedures and even had control over my computer.

In the end I was told it was because there was some maintenance work on the password portal and it was be resolved within a couple of hours, that was days ago still no change.
