Problem nadal trwa. W moim przypadku na mobile z Androidem.

I updated my KPM to version 9.2.111.25 and unable to sync anything from Android. But sync from Windows to Android works good. 

Support request in progress. 

New bug from new version(

Solution:

1) Open My kaspersky in browser (done in Windows);

2) Enter "Devices Menu" and disable KPM at your device (device is acitve, KPM unlocked);

3) Log in;

4)Database with passwords have to rewrite;

4) Profit.

This bug not depends from device type (Android 15 or Android 9). 

Database refresh and that`s all. 

Simple removal with cache or reauth doesn`t help.
