Dear Members, I am unable to push Microsoft downloaded patch remotely from KSC on windows server 2003 result occurred. Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Task execution timeout. Please guide us what is the cause of this error. //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Hello Tahir.Zaman, The Company account portal (Technical Support) & Kaspersky Community portal are separate. When raising future topics (in the Community portal) choose https://community.kaspersky.com/products-for-business-26 Also, if there's an issue with your company account and or any of the normal features, that cannot be fixed in the Community portal. You must contact Technical Support. Thank you

few days ago you were lunched chat option feature with your technical engineer but now there is no option available to chat with your technical support engineer.

--------- Regarding issues with your company account and the chat option - that cannot be attended to by anyone in B2C - Community portal - Kaspersky Home software. Presumably there's more than one way to contact Technical Support - how did you contact Technical Support before the Chat option was available? Thank you

I was contacted through email from my company account to your technical support team. and on company portal there was option available to contact to your support team by chat unfortunately the option is not available now. I don't know whats the reason any way I will contact to your support team by email thanks for your guidelines.

Tahir.Zaman, You're welcome! Chat is only available during business hours AND sometimes, chat is offline due to maintenance. Also, if a portal is not working, sometimes it helps to try other browsers, As I don't know your location, it's impossible to know if the reason is bc it's outside of business hours. Thank you.
