Hey. My subscription ran out recently. I've been trying to renew the payment, but it seems like my card gets refused. Is this because of payment system sanctions? Please let me know how I can keep subscribing to your excellent services.

  • The Kaspersky Support team will be able to assist - please submit a request, on the support page select either Chat or Email, then fill in Order & payment issues, Other template, include any screen-prints & a detailed history please.

I GOT NEW CREDIT CARD FOR RENEW BUT WIL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT
