Unable to log case .account inaccessible

Hi Support ,

Why am i to sign in to Kaspersky Company Account with clicking  forgot password , It doesn’t send any email to my outlook ?  I can very confirm that my outlook have no problem as i still can received account confirmation from My Kaspersky webpage login .  When i try  register Kaspersky Company Account, it show error as below . Kindly assist to reset password for me.

 

The account for this e-mail address already exists.
