Hello,

As you all know kaspersky is not allowed in the US anymore. After using kaspersky password manager for years, I am now looking for other options. When i export my password from the desktop version of password manager, it only lets me export 5 passwords available in the free version. I have more than 500 passwords and need to export all of them. I have tried so many ways but its always those 5 passwords in the free version.

Is there any way I can export all of my passwords in the CSV format? Or am i doomed? Thank you all .

Hello @Silvereye

Welcome!

  1. In (your) MyKaspersky account -> Kaspersky Password Manager, how many passwords are stored?
  2. As long as (you) have a Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) *Premium* subscription, according to the: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States, Kaspersky Password Manager:

"Most Kaspersky Password Manager features will keep functioning normally on all devices. Users can still create and manage their passwords and sync them across devices, as well as access their password vault, etc. However, the Password Check feature will no longer inform you if a password has been compromised.

The Kaspersky Password Manager browser extension/plugin will no longer be available for download from extension stores."

3. Our recommendation is to contact Kaspersky Customer Service - note (you) may need to use a VPNhttps://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*                                                  image.thumb.png.37eae1b26c9c4935f67534f0b3685378.png

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you🙏

I had premium but it just expired. Now, I have a free version and I cannot renew my subscription either.

With being forced to be on a free version, I can only export limited number of passwords (5 currently) through kaspersky in a csv format.

I need help exporting all of them WHILE being on this free version.

Thank you

Hello @Silvereye

Thank you for posting back & the information!

  1. Unfortunately without a *Premium subscription* there's no access to (your) passwords that (you) had in (your) Premium subscription. There's no way to export/restore *all* 500 passwords using Kaspersky Password Manager Free subscription.
  2. Furthermore - to access assistance from Kaspersky Customer Service  - a *Premium subscription* is required.
  3. IF (you) have a relative OR friend who is *not* based in the US, who could purchase a Kaspersky Password Manager Premium subscription for (you) - from Kaspersky's GLOBAL website - putting (your) email address in the shopping cart (the same email address that you use for the KPM account that (you) now have lost access to) -> that's possibly a solution: https://www.kaspersky.com/password-manager - OR - IF there's a physical store that may still have boxed stock of Kaspersky software, perhaps (you) could purchase a Premium subscription there; then use a VPN to install any updates - once (you) have a Premium subscription (ioo) you need to reach out to Kaspersky Customer Service.

Thank you🙏
