Unable to download Offline Updates for KES 11.9

I need to download offline updates for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.9 using Update utility 4.1.0.474, I dont see option for selection product KES 11.9. Please suggest.

You should be able to press 'start' with all of the boxes unticked to update the update utility itself. It seems a lot of the versions are not immediately available though.

 

Would be interested to know how you got on with applying the updates as I can't seem to have them apply once i've moved the updates to the target device and updated the source to be the local folder

Correct. You must first update the utility itself to see new versions. That is due to the fact that the utility itself is not changed upon every new release but the database is.
