Hi all,

 

I'm trying to connect to a remote desktop via WMware Horizon client but I haven't been able to do so after installing Kaspersky Premium (21.14.5.462). I've already added the application to the list of trusted applications but I still can't connect. My OS is Windows 10.

 

Any comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you!

Check if there is some VMWare services/executables in one of the restricted group in Intrusion Prevention module.

No VMWare service/executables in any of the "low restricted", "high restricted", or "untrusted" groups.

Try in Your K. FireWall settings -> Packet Rules, enabling this:

Thank you for the suggestion. I've tried playing around with the configurations here but I don't think any of it worked.
