Unable to connect to mapped network drive after installing Kaspersky Standard

yesterday it was working fine, today I renewed my license, installed Kaspersky Standard, and suddenly I cant open the mapped network drive, and since im brand new to this version I have no idea how im supposed to solve this issue.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please provide version of K. Standard installed, current one is 21.19b, but coming soon 21.20, also provide version of operating system.

 

Check in Settings -> FireWall settings -> Available NetWork -> Your network device / Home is set to Trusted, also in Your Windows network settings, check Your network is set to Private.
