Unable to clean QB directory

I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10. I have ~15 GB in C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\KES10SP1\QB Even I deleted all Quarantine, Backup, Vulnerabilities and Unprocessed files, there are still 15GB of .KLQ files. They can't be deleted manually (forced to skip even I'm an Administrator). How to delete them?

Hi MilanKerslager, welcome to the new forum. Have you already tried to delete the files in windows safe mode?

you could try to uninstall/install KES (I would suggest to use KES11.5, KES10SP1 is pretty old)
