Unable to choose VPN Server inside Country

Hello guys, installed VPN on a new device and I am no longer able to choose Vancouver server inside Canada.

Before I had 3 options in Canada: Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal.

Please advice what has changed and how can I get Vancouver server back.

Please try this ?

1. Clear Browser cache
2. Flush DNS > “ipconfig /flushdns” 
3. Reboot

Also, do you use the DNS servers from your ISP ?

Welcome!

1. Check the Hardware & software requirements?
2. Is the device OS a commercial release, not Beta, Preview or Insider build? 
3. Is the Canada site the only site that's a problem? 
4. Try uninstalling - saving *License information only* & full reboot, power off, download a new installer & a clean install? 

Please share the outcome with the Community?

Thank you guys for quick replay. Uninstalled VPN, rebooted laptop, installed back again. Issue fixed.
