Unable to cancel auto renewal

Hey everyone, I have another problem. I'm looking to cancel my auto renewal for my current subscription of total security which will run out by next year. I've followed all the guidelines but it's been very little help. I also don't know what provider or seller ours is from like nexway or digital River as we bought our subscription from amazon prime last year and the seller just sent us the activation code. Now I don't know what to do, can somebody help?

I never, never once, ever, set up a auto renewal with Kaspersky. Just got a bill for 200 bucks out of the blue.

I just contacted support to refund me immediately, take off my credit card info and get rid of my account. Done with this. 

I told them if they did not do so I would be disputing it and eventually blocking them from accessing my card. Non requested auto renewal is just robbery. No way to refund or shut it off on site..200 bucks? please. 

The fact they would do this is just greed and criminal. Done with them, so upset. .
