  2. Hey everyone, I have another problem. I'm looking to cancel my auto renewal for my current subscription of total security which will run out by next year. I've followed all the guidelines but it's been very little help. I also don't know what provider or seller ours is from like nexway or digital River as we bought our subscription from amazon prime last year and the seller just sent us the activation code. Now I don't know what to do, can somebody help?

  5. Just tried logging on to my mykaspersky account tonight and I'm having trouble logging in. I've figured there was a problem with my password so I tried resetting it but I just kept getting 'could not reset password please try again later' hundreds of times now and I'm concerned I've been locked out my account. Is this an isolated incident or are other people on here having similar troubles?
