Unable to access most https websites on MacOS

Hi all,
There are many machines running Kaspersky endpoint 11.0.1 for Mac that can’t access most https website even website like github are not accessible (both on Firefox and Chrome).
What might be causing this issue, is there anything I need to change in the policy in Kaspersky security center 12 ?
Any suggestion/ solution is much appreciated.

Probably the "Check secure connections (HTTPS)" checkbox in the general section of "Web Threat Protection" is selected.
Deselect it or create the necessary exceptions.
