Unable to access encrypted files in network

Hi,

I have multiple host in a group named as encryption,  where file folder encryption is running.  I want to access the encrypted file & folder over network from one encrypted PC to another it's giving error contact your administrator.But if I copy the encrypted files from one host to another host local drive then iam able to view the files  but if i want to open while accessing in the network , unable to open the encrypted file. Please help us to resolve the issue.

Could you please confirm that if  a file is copied to another PC using USB drive of external HDD it is not encrypted?

Hi,

Yes if  a file is copied to another PC using USB drive external HDD it is encrypted.

But the same file when i am trying to open in the same same network & policy sometime it get open & sometime it not open. I cannot understand the login behind.
