The conversion to UltraAV is a nightmare.  I tried using the settings/exclude features and the settings/blackboard/whiteboard features.  Customer Support is an oxymoron with UltraAV company.  Had to completely remove and purchase a new software package.

It seems like Kaspersky is acting out of spite and not in the best interests of they subscribers.  It's more like UlcerFU not UltraAV.
