I received a text from my bank whether I authorized the cost for Ultra-Antivirus.com for $129.99. I heard about the issue regarding Kaspersky but didn't relate the issue to Ultra-Antivirus.com, so I thought my bank card was hacked. I stopped any payment on it and the bank sent me a new credit card. One week later, the same thing happened to my new card and I once again, told the bank, and even visited the bank that I believe this is someone placing a charge that I have no relationship with. As a result, they are now sending me another new card.

I did a little research and found that Ultra-Antivirus.com replaced Kaspersky and those charges were legitimate. Needless to say, I was a little upset that I wasn't forewarned about this change that lead to the hassle that created this problem. I'm still debating whether or not to continue with this antivirus.

Following are my questions:

1. Is Ultra-Antivirus the same as UltraAV, BitDefender, or any other name?

2. If I decide to stay with Ultra-Antivirus, I want to transfer the cost to another credit card that I use for recurring and how to achieve that transfer?

Thank you. I look forward to your response.
