Please go to Reports and in Detected Objects, upload a screen-shot with full path of the detection, that path is very suspicious and legit Windows Update tool is not located there...

Did You click on green option “Disinfect and restart the computer” ?

 

Do You often get this detection or this is the 1st time?

 

Did You install that application? check in Control Panel → Programs and Features if there is an entry with this application, and then uninstall it.

Additionally AdvancedWindowsManager is definitely a potentially unwanted application  (PUP).

I clicked It now and it restarted, this was the first time it popped up.
