Turn off Auto Renew

Hi there

 

I recently purchased KIS and at the time of purchase had no choice but to have auto renewal (no other options that I could see were available), it did however say that I could cancel the auto renewal simply by logging in to a settings page.

I’ve tried logging into the page that was linked from the Kaspersky site and invoice  , however it asks for the order number and password which it says should have been sent with my conformation e-mail.

I do have an order number, but there was no password in all of my e-mails, is there someone who can tell me how to cancel auto renewal without going round in circles as I have been doing on the help site ?

Option one does not work as I have no password , none was sent
