Trusted devices signatures issues on KES11.5 false positiveness so much

Hi,

After adding a specific hp-usb on trusted devices,  multiple usbs also been detected with fully read-write authorization. While i have been add a usb device on trusted devices and block removable drive as well as also check after try to block portable devices mtp  but still solution not been resolved yet. Please guide if i am making mistake regarding adding a trusted device.Thanks

Look at article: “Limitations and warnings”:

“For MTP devices, control of Read, Write, and Connect operations is supported if you are using the built-in Microsoft drivers of the operating system. If a user installs a custom driver for working with a device (for example, as part of iTunes or Android Debug Bridge), control of Read and Write operations may not work.”
