Troppe email valide nello SPAM

Buongiorno,

ho rinnovato Kaspersky Total Security e adesso mi ritrovo nel cestino un sacco di email contrassegnate come SPAM.
Molte di queste email che prima non mi "bocciava" sono addirittura di indirizzi inseriti nella mia rubrica.

Uso Thunderbird.
Cosa si può fare? Che impostazioni devo modificare?

Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
