Tracing File?

I discovered a “Tracing” file in my C:\Temp\ directory.

 

Does anyone know if this was created by Kaspersky?

I’m currently using Windows 7 Pro, Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 21.3.10.391(g).

I logged into the PC in Safe-Mode and deleted the file, but upon re-boot, it was re-created.

Kaspersky traces are locate in “C:\Program Data\Kaspersky Lab” folder.
