Hi,

I have the same problem - using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, the browser doesn’t matter. When I deactivate the  Kaspersky Internet Suite DAZN-streaming works  fine.

Hello @Mig10 & @heiden_7

Welcome and apologies for the delay responding to your posts😥

  1. Which KTS/KIS version & patch(x) is installed → on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About
  2. What actually happens when “Kaspersky blocks Video-Streaming of Dazn.com”, post a full screen image of the problem?
  3. Is Private browsing → Allow data collection on Dazn.com Allowed (image 1 - 1)?
  4. Is Anti-Banner → Banners on Dazn.com Allowed (image 1 - 2)?
  5. Add an Dazn.com Allow exclusion to NetworkEncrypted connection scan (image 2  - 3 to 8)?
  • ⚠ Exit all browsers, do each step above one at a time, restart & test each change then exit the browser before applying the next change & also reboot the computer using Shutdown, not Restart⚠

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

Hello!

Try also to add www.dazn.com URL to SSL exclusions (Settings - Network settings - Manage exclusions).

Then retest the issue after restart of Kaspersky product and browser.

We expect this isssue fixed in upcoming MR3 version of product.

I have this issue and not super tech savvy so may need step by step help!  Using chrome on a windows 10 desktop and wheel just spins and spins.  Weirdly though it will load on an older desktop linked to same Kaspersky account.  I have removed ad blocker - nothing, allowed data collection under Private Banner - nothing and allowed banners - nothing.  I think I followed the instrurctions properly re adding DAZN.com under Manage Exclusions and again - nothing.  Internet speed is fine, cache and cookies cleared per DAZN’s help page.  Any more thoughts?

Hello @Hugo55

Welcome!

✅ The problem is supposed to be fixed in version 21.3.10.391

  1. Which KIS version & patch(x) is installed → on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About ?
  2. Add an Active exclusion for www.dazn.com  as well as dazn.com - see image 1 below
  3. To reset Chrome - go to chrome://settings/reset, select Restore settings to their original defaults
  4. If 21.3.10.391 is not installed, uninstall existing Kaspersky software, save License information only → image 2

→ download & install  21.3.10.391, at the end of the install, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, make sure Kaspersky is active:
  5. Check Kaspersky version & patch → make sure it’s 21.3*
  6. Run a manual Database update
  7. Run a manual Full scan allow it to complete.
  8. Start Chrome & recheck danz?

Please let us know the outcome?

Thank you🙏
