Total Security blocking Qobuz

Hello, I´ve been using Kaspersky products for a long time now, but this time I cannot find a solution by myself.

MY total Security is up to date, I have set all instances of qobuz to PERMIT and yet the windows app will not play any song.

If I disable the protection then it plays flawlessly.

Qobuz version is 7.1.1-b018 

The error in Qobuz is this

I´ve tried all I know how to and I need support help.

Hello @DmaumauBR, welcome.

According to the error message, it is possible that your application cannot deal with the inspection of the data traffic by KTS.

If you locate the program you are launching (shortcut on the desktop?) in your screen shot and double click on it, you can set up an exception in the settings as a test.

In the window 'Application rules->Exclusions' select the option 'Do not scan encrypted traffic'.
