2. Please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, go to Support for home products, select your LOCATION, select HELP WITH PURCHASING AND ACTIVATION, check if Phone or Online Chat are available in your location, if “yes”, contact them via one of those methods:

 What information to provide: 

• The description of the issue 
• The date of the purchase 
• Your full name 
• The e-mail address that you have used for the purchase 
• Order number from the confirmation e-mail
