Hello Kaspersky Support,

I have a problem with Kaspersky Kids and have forgotten my administrator password. Currently I can't access to change settings. Ask support for instructions on how to recover or delete this password.

Welcome!

In the KSK application select Forgot Password?

-> this will open: https://my.kaspersky.com/?action=recover#/auth/layout/main

-> fill in (your) Email address & select Forgot your password?

-> In the Reset Password prompt - fill in (your) Email address again & select continue. 

-> (You) will receive a prompt to check (your) Mailbox, follow the instructions in the received mail.
