i dont know why you are blocking any new game, when i checked firewall the game are not there, fix your *******  firewall because i want to play arknight endfield and duet night abyss without disable kaspersky, i have kaspersky premium

Note - there's no need to use coarse or abusive language in the Kaspersky Forum, no-one will speak to you using such language, mutual-respect is the anticipated standard. 

  1. The 'failure to acquire n/w config etc" is *not* a Kaspersky error - go to Kaspersky *Reports*, look for *any* instance of Kaspersky *blocking* Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss & post back the full-detailed report -> we need to see what you see.
  2. Which firewall is being checked - Kaspersky OR Windows, in the Kaspersky application, Intrusion prevention, what's the status of Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss?
  3. Are you attempting to play Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss via browser or installed app, IF browser, has another browser been used? 
  4. Post back the Kaspersky Premium version, on Windows Taskbar, *Hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About
  5. Post back the full OS version & build, in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app, post back what's shown in the WINVER app?

proof when i quit kaspersky the game works, version, windows, there are nothing report against arknight and duet night

Thank you for the information! 

  1. IF the *update* errors persist - READ & follow *all* ofGeneral recommendations for solving database update issues in Kaspersky applications
  2. Uninstall Kaspersky Premium using Windows -> Add or remove programs & READ: How to uninstall the application in Windows 8 or later - in the check-boxes that appear - Save subscription *only*, leave all other check-boxes clear - at the end of the *uninstall* of Kaspersky Premium shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer is OFF, power ON by pressing the power button, log in. 
  3. Download a new Kaspersky Premium installer from (your) MyKaspersky account OR https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product, install Kaspersky Premium, run a manual Database update -> *make sure it's successful*? 
  4. Recheck the Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss issue, IF *either* persist log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service,  https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Emailthen fill in the template as shown, include a *detailed history*.
  5. Support may request logs, data & traces, they will advise you.

it still doesnt work after reinstall kaspersky and update database, instead you give general solution why dont you try install my game and try to fix it
