Third-party application is already installed : 360 Antivirus Software [moved]

I’ve been trying to install Endpoint Security but keeps prompting this error message that I have existing third-party antivirus software which I don’t have.

OS : Windows 10 Pro

Somebody please help me. Thank you.

Hi,

Please open a support ticket in the Kaspersky Company Portal, and send them the getsysteminfo (gsi) of the computer with this error for review.

Probably there are leftovers of this software in your computer.
