Also, (ioo) the KSK block is correct.

The Hi5 petsplayershome portal is not child friendly, & it has no child protection / security measures in place; it's a social network portal for meeting new people, the membership page - of which there are 45 members- very few of them (like none) - look like they're interested in chatting about animals. 
KSK gives the child the option to request permission to access, you can grant that if you wish, (we wouldn't).
