"When I enable the Kaspersky extension on Edge, the safe website indicators are displayed twice.

Is it possible to have only one displayed even if the Kaspersky extension is enabled?"

Hello @BadaSaja159

Welcome!

  1. In the EDGE browser - is BING Search OR GOOGLE Search being used?
  2. Which Kaspersky *subscription* is installed: Standard, Plus OR Premium?
  3. Which Kaspersky *version* - on Windows, Taskbar, *Hidden icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About -> post back the information shown on the About screen please?
  4. What is the *actual search criteria* used in (your) image - please share it with the Community?
  5. In Windows Search, type WINVER - open the WINVER app, post back *all* the information shown in the WINVER app please?

Please post back?

Thank you?

Hello @BadaSaja159

  • We cannot replicate the issue.
  • Also, the icons - in the image (you've) presented - appear to be situated oddly.
  • Does the *duplicate* Kaspersky icon happen in a Chrome browser, using Google search?
  • Does the *duplicate* Kaspersky icon happen in a Firefox browser, using Google search?

Do the following in the order below:

  1. Reset EDGE - edge://settings/reset - select: Restore settings to their default values.
  2. EXIT *all* browsers -> *don't open any browser until further notice*.
  3. Export Kaspersky Settings, follow: How to export settings -> *don't import the settings until further notice*.
  4. Restore Kaspersky to default - follow:  How to restore the default settings of the application
  5. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not restart, when the computer is OFF -> power ON by pressing the power button, login.
  6. Start Edge, IF necessary re-install the Kaspersky Protection extension, read: How to install the extension in Microsoft Edge based on Chromium
  7. Recheck the issue?
  8.  IF the issue persists, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/ko/b2c/kr#contacts  - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history

*Also* -> IF using Chat -> *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*       image.thumb.png.08c83c883883e2a525c88b41fda72534.png

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you?
