1. Which Windows OS version & build: Como encontrar a versão do seu sistema operacional? 
2. Kaspersky application name and version number: Como encontrar o nome e o número da versão de um aplicativo Kaspersky
3. Looking at (your) image, IF the Periodo (A) OR report selection (B) is *changed* - does the: 'Report window always waiting"  - still persist?                 
4. Was the date: 12/31/1899 (C) manually searched for? IF that date is changed to 12/31/2024, does the problem persist?                                                                                                                                                           
5. Has the Kaspersky software been *uninstalled* using Windows -> add & remove programs, reboot the computer, download & install a *new* Kaspersky installer?
