I am super frustrated. The program detects the problem and there is NO DELETE option in the menu. How on Earth is it possible??? And I can not even see the file path since it shows only the start and the end of it...
In addition your always popping up captcha while I was trying to log in here is a huge pain in the backside, really you could not do this more complicated! I have been using Kaspersky for many years, but I never experienced such trouble. Usability manager at Kaspersky you should be fired!

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Can You provide the K. product versions installed?

Also, explain better what is the issues, adding a capture, what is detected?

Sorry for me being so harsh at first but the fact that you have a viruskiller on your computer that can tell you that you are infected but at the same time it does not give you options to defeat it as before for many years, nor explanation why it does that can be very upsetting.
Anyways, I have the latest version of Kaspersky standard. It detected all kinds of threats that are embeeded in dowloaded mails within a Thunderbird (128.4.4esr) inbox, see attachment. I have no option to clean delete or anything of these threats but leaving them alone. I could manage to delete those emails that are listed on the report and also cleared them from the trash, then reloaded the entire machine but it still finds these threats. In addition when I choose "resolve issue" then it starts rotating the circles but nothing happens... now what can I do?
I already set "Allow anti-virus clients to quarantine individual incoming messages" checkbox in Thunderbird.

Ok, watching Your capture, although I don't understand that language 😅 I see what's the issue.

This problem was already discussed in the forum in different previous threads, the issue here is that In Your Thunderbird You have some email messages with infected files attached, in order to no remove the full message, Kaspersky can't remove those files inside the messages, so Your best bet if to find those messages manually and move them to TB Trash, and then empty it, later Compact the TB folders.

Once done to this, just click on Ignore in those K. warnings, and the issue will be gone.

Thanks for the tip, it worked for the 44 threats so finally I could remove most of it. Now after several deletion and compression and reboots, I still got one last one that does not want to move anywhere...

You have to find that message, that has an attached file, compressed file: Document2.zip, and inside there is a malicious script -> .js

I did, I removed the email, I emptied out the trash. I did several restarts. Now it is all clean. Do not ask me how but it is cleared. It might had some cached content in it or I do not know... Now it is all good.
