From some time ago, the mouse moves erratically and without control.

The problems goes better when I disconnect kaspersky antivirus protection, and activate windows defender.

It seems that I have a malware in my computer related to kaspersky antivirus.

What can I do?

You have Out of date windows.

Why you dont update? Your version Windows is from October 2018 (more than one year old)!

Meanwhile was released version 1903 (May 2019) and 1909 (November 2019) which is newest version. So i recommend you to install this 1909 version.

Hello @bagheraa,

Thank you for replying, before and just now👌

As  the issue was replicated in SafeMode, the indications were it was a mouse problem, rather than Kaspersky software.

It’s great news to hear that a different mouse is working fine🤸

Thank you🙏
